Fundashon Mariadal will soon start the renovation of its pharmacy, Botika FM. This work will make way for an important expansion of the service: the installation of a 24-hour dispensing machine. Thanks to this innovation, clients will also be able to collect their medication outside regular opening hours in the future.
The renovation will take approximately ten weeks. During this period, the pharmacy will remain open, but with a limited number of counters. This may increase waiting times. Fundashon Mariadal therefore calls on all clients to check their contact details – in particular telephone number and e-mail address – and update them where necessary.
More convenience, less waiting time
The 24-hour dispensing machine offers clients numerous advantages. Medication can be collected at a time that suits the client – day and night, seven days a week. Thanks to a linked track & trace system, users automatically receive a notification as soon as their medication is ready. This shortens waiting times at the counter, increases privacy and contributes to a better distribution of visitors. Fundashon Mariadal is thus responding to the desire for accessible, efficient and client-oriented care.
Check your details in time
In order to be able to use the dispensing machine, it is essential that we have the correct contact details. When visiting the pharmacy, clients can choose option J – Data check via the ticket column. Even those who do not need to collect medication at that time are invited to check their details in advance. This is not only important for the use of the future machine, but also helps during the renovation period to be helped faster at the counter as soon as the medication is ready.
