Fundashon Mariadal informs the Bonaire community that the renovation of its pharmacy, Botika FM, is nearing completion. The new 24-hour vending machine will be installed soon, and the testing phase will begin.
Thanks to this innovation, clients will soon be able to collect their medication outside regular opening hours – safely, quickly, and without waiting. This way, Fundashon Mariadal offers more flexibility and convenience, tailored to the needs of the community.
Avoid crowds – choose quieter times
During this final phase, the pharmacy will remain open, but with a limited number of counters. This may cause longer wait times. Fundashon Mariadal kindly requests that clients visit outside peak hours, if possible.
Receive a text message or email when your medication is ready
To use this service, it is important that your contact information is correct and that you clearly indicate whether you prefer to be notified by text message or email. You can easily check or update your information using option J – Check details on the ticket kiosk upon arrival at the pharmacy – even if you do not need your medication at that time.
Note: If you have not yet received a text message or email, your medication is probably not ready yet. We kindly ask that you wait a little longer. This will prevent unnecessary waiting times for yourself and others.
