Preparations for the installation of Botika FM’s 24-hour collection machine are almost complete. The machine is expected to be operational by the end of January.
This innovation makes it possible to collect medication at any time – safely, quickly, and without waiting. It’s even possible that other chronically necessary measures are being implemented during this phase, such as reopening all seven counters and expanding track & trace functionality.
Track & Trace: Improved Service with Pickup Code
Fundashon Mariadal’s track & trace service has been active since 2023 and is now being further expanded. Soon, clients will not only receive a notification when their medication is ready, but also a personal pickup code.
This code can be entered on the ticket kiosk upon entering the pharmacy. This streamlines the queue and ensures faster service for clients. The message shows whether a prescription has been received or whether the medication is ready—in both cases, clients can report to the counter.
By default, you will receive the pickup notification by email.

This track & trace service will soon also be used for collections via the 24-hour collection machine. With the collection code, clients can quickly and independently collect their medication—without waiting time, even outside opening hours.
24-hour collection machine: use starts in early 2026
The installation of the 24-hour collection machine is in its final stages. Clients are expected to be able to register to use this service from the end of January. As soon as this is possible, we will communicate this in a timely manner through our usual channels.
As with the track & trace service, For the trace service, correct name and address details (name, address, city, telephone number and email address) are required to use the machine.
All counters will reopen soon
Two additional counters will soon be put into service, bringing all seven counters back into operation. This will provide increased capacity, faster service, and a more pleasant visit to the pharmacy.
Construction fences removed – parking spaces available again
The temporary construction fences will be removed soon. This will also make the temporarily unavailable parking spaces available to clients. This will further improve the pharmacy’s accessibility.
Opening hours during the holidays
Please note: Adjusted opening hours during the holidays:
December 24: Open until 5:30 PM
December 25: Closed
December 26: Closed
December 31: Open until 5:30 PM
January 1: Closed
The standby/Sunday schedule applies on December 25 and 26 and January 1. Please collect your medication on time to avoid inconvenience.
