Fundashon Mariadal is completing the final preparations for the launch of a 24-hour collection machine at Botika FM. This modern facility allows patients to collect medication at a time that suits them best – safely, quickly, and without waiting in line.

The collection machine has been almost fully tested technically and will be phased in soon. As soon as the service is available, it will be communicated through the usual channels.

How does it work?

As soon as the medication is ready, the client receives a personal collection code by email. This code is entered on the screen of the collection machine at Botika FM. The medication is dispensed immediately, without the intervention of the counter.

The machine is suitable for repeat prescriptions and completed prescriptions. Clients can also share the collection code with a trusted person, such as a partner or caregiver.

Please note: Clients are responsible for the safekeeping and use of the collection code. The pharmacy cannot accept any liability for loss or misuse.

For the coming period, collection codes will be sent exclusively by email.
The SMS functionality is not yet active, but will be added at a later date. We will notify you as soon as this option is available.

Please ensure your pharmacy has your correct email address to use the collection service.

Please note the validity period

  • Medication remains available in the collection machine for a maximum of 3 days.
  • After that, the medication will be automatically retrieved.
  • If medication is not collected multiple times, this may affect the automatic preparation of repeat prescriptions. This is necessary to prevent waste and keep the system efficient.
